Revamp Your Training

Ages: 15 – 70

A four week ongoing program (formerly known as Metabolic Makeover) designed to instruct participants in effective weight training and cardiovascular exercise. This program includes weekly lectures that will help you stay on track, take your workouts to the next level and continue eating in a healthy manner.
