Good Afternoon. Because the schools have closed to lessen the chance of spreading the Covid-19 virus, we have closed our afterschool program until school resumes. This is in accordance to our policy found in our Parent Handbook http://upymca.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Handbook-Summer-and-Afterschool-073015.pdf.
Our typical payment policy is we do not pro-rate or stop tuition payments when school closes for inclement weather or any other unexpected circumstances; however, we have decided to made an exception for this instance. This week’s payment will be credited to the next week afterschool is in sessions and you will not be charged for next week.
If your account is on a special payment plan/schedule or your payment for this week failed, please know that the fees for this week and next will be removed. There is a chance, however, you will have a draft on your specific payment plan date or on Saturday, March 28, for those payments that failed on Saturday, March 14.
